Thats right, 19.19 miles in the cool brisk air.it was a good kick and i saw 8 deer a running and a jumping,the camp grounds were filling up for the week end and everything was just great. hope to see you all Saturday morning at SIS's..anybody need a map let me know!! hehhehehe...jj

That was a great ride, We saw 14 deer altogether,none wearing red shorts! Doug worked me hard tonight,161 bpm on the back side @16.5mph,we were cooking awsome workout,leg's feel real good right now,as long as i can get out of bed in the morning..later..jj

Hey Terry, i stoped by to see if you wanted to go footbiking, but no one was home?I see you got the place up for sale, good luck let me know if you get that spot in the trailer park, thats on one of my routs also,I passed 4 roadies on neer today,they were going up, and i was going down,so i didn't get a real good look at them ! hahahaha!! wasn't any from our group,i think one was a lady! good kick today!!!
