Thanks guy's, that was a great kick, i hope your not to sore in the morning,everyone did real good and i hope you all had a good time and a great workout,And thanks to mike for taking all those pictures for us, next year Mike will also be on a footbike, right Mike??He will put a few of the pic's on when he can,everybody get some rest and watch the game tonight,i'll be going tomorrow if any of you want to go let me know!! Word is out about the big race. A sports photographer is planning on being there. This could go global!
Breakfast orders
If you guys want to give me your breakfast orders before we start the race I can put the order in for you at Sis's. I figure since I will be so far ahead that getting your food ordered is the least I can do. Of course, I will have to wait for a while to place the order so your food doesn't get cold while I wait.

STUPID DEER
I would have had a negitive split coming back on Neer rd. ,but this "ding dong" deer ran out in front of me , and as you can see ,I could'nt stop in time..... GOING WAY TO FAST!!!! a few things I noticed to keep in mind for in the morning...There are several walnuts on neer rd. they will trip you up,,, your on a scooter remember,, you don't want to step on these.. Did you ask how I fell after my scooter ride??? Well,lets see.... I've already taken 3 advil ,,I can't walk,, and I have 2 blood blisters on my left hand,, but other than that,, I'm ready to kick booty tomorrow mourning... Doug ,,bring your 2nd,scooter if you can... Brian klay is up for the challege also..

Saturday morning to a footbike race, from my house out to Neer rd,to 54 to Sis's,thats right, 6 of us!And if you fail to take this challenge we will readjust your kahuna size and rateing!So let it be said, the gauntlet has been thrown down!!!! Pack your bag's go south,get a vasectomy or anything you can think of to get out of this one, if you want, but we will know! we will know! jj

The second one is a reminder that Janurary 1-we are counting our miles on a trainer also, IF,IF,IF,you have a computer hooked up to the rear wheel of your trainer!If you don't have a trainer,Steve will sell you one, i know it's early, but the way some procrastinate,it will be Janurary before you move on it, here is one way to do it, It's really easy to do, Brian in your case,maybe you could get Steve to do it for ya! hahahahahahaah!!!!

So long Bob! Hello Whiskey Tango Foxtrot!
Van Dessel is putting the famous Country Road Bob out to pasture and replacing it with the Whiskey Tango Foxtrot The Whiskey Tango Foxtrot features a steel frame with retro styled curved seatstays that extend all the way to the head tube. The frame is designed with disc brakes to allow the use of 700c or 29" wheels and tires depending on the riders intended use. Because the Whiskey Tango Foxtrot keeps the same geometry as the beloved Country Road Bob, it can be configured with either a flat or drop bar. An eccentric bottom bracket allows for the Whiskey Tango Foxtrot to be setup as single speed or multi-speed bike
