Sunday 6 hour race

Alright gentleman and ladies, a few of our CCR group are set to compete in a 6 hour mountain bike race at J.B. in Yellow Springs from 9am to 3pm. Come on out and check in on us. Fred, Dan M and myself are in and Brian S. is still sitting on the fence.

The WEDDING RIDE!

That was a great ride guy's once Julie found her way,hahah! i think we had 18 in all,the temp was 6o degrees just perfect and the footbike was wonderful ,it felt so great to kick again,fast ride home and now to get cleaned up for the wedding!James if you have some good pictures of todays ride ,please put a few on, ok? thanks jj  PS see everyone there!!!!

Take 5 minutes and read this article,we are planing on doing this often this winter at the Elks club on Villa rd, or at CJ for sure,so if you don't have ski's, get them, If you wait till snow flies,it will be too late!
