Very Tough! But well done!

We about lost all our birds on that trip! it was cold,but that was ok we were working hard and stayed warm going up, but coming back the wind was hitting 20-25mph and my HR was 155-160 bpm all the way back,feel real good now that it's in,a good ride!

It's 32 degrees and 16mph wind ,gonna be a good ride this morning,except for the guy's going to the game,So everyone else i exspect to see, well maybe not the Sunshine boy's but everyone else,let's boogie!! 7:30 we go!

Practice makes perfect!

I think he is practicing for the Bananna 500 next spring, i think Terry or James said something about getting in it,I don't know man, that dude's got some high tec gear there,We'll see how spring training goes!!!

Walked it off!

Went over to the dam this morning and met Doug and we hiked 5 miles up and down the hills,walked off most of what i ate yesturday,but not all, i'll get the rest tomorrow morning, it was cold ,in the low 20's and the wind was 18-20 mph, the deer were running everywhere like they were playing a game or something,it was so cool,See some of you in the morning,stay safe!

Six of us drove to "cracklebarrle" for our 4th annual thanksgiving breakfast,due to all the rain we did'nt ride.But still such a great time, and I'm truly grateful to have friends like all of you. Have a great day,and "HAPPY THANKSGIVING"

The rest of the story!

Through careful colaboration with NASA and numerous outsiders we have decided to make the call at 6:30 am tomorrow, however as it stands right now, we are 85% sure we are not riding in the morning,So if you have a distance to drive you might want to just meet us at Crackerbarrel at say @7:45am For loco's we will still meet at my house and then load up and drive over,if there is a window of opportunity in the morning to ride i will post at 6:30 am,but im not looking for it, jj
