SNOW WILL OVERSPREAD THE REGION THIS MORNING. THE HEAVIEST SNOW WILL OCCUR FROM MID MORNING THROUGH EARLY AFTERNOON. SNOWFALL ACCUMULATIONS OF TWO TO FOUR INCHES ARE EXPECTED.

A WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY FOR SNOW MEANS THAT PERIODS OF SNOW WILL CAUSE PRIMARILY TRAVEL DIFFICULTIES. BE PREPARED FOR SNOW COVERED ROADS AND LIMITED VISIBILITIES...AND USE CAUTION WHILE DRIVING.

"FYI"

Wanted to take just a minute and let everyone know, since I haven't seen some of you what seems like forever,,and also so you don't get this second hand and mis-informed..... But in the past few months, i've been through two biopsys for prostate cancer,only to find out today that my second results came back positive..I've some tough decisions on what steps to take from here,wether it be full blown surgery or many,many treatments of radiation... I tell you this since your "guys",and wether you have symptoms or not(I did not), but to keep a regular check-up,and to keep tabs on your "PSA"#..My family doctor caught mine very early through reg. blood work,which makes it very treatable now...I will not allow this to change my personality,my humor,my hobbies,ect...and I hope it dos'nt change you towards me.... I'm still gonna be the same "quirk" "goofy" "happy-go-lucky" person I am now... If you have input through someone you may know who has gone through either treatment, I might have some questions,i usually do.Until next time,

Saturday-is open

Saturday is open for whatever you all want to do, the conditions and surface of the road and surrounding ground is not favorable to lug soles,and i think it would be a waist of time to fool with as far as kicksleding goes, maybe after we get 3 or 4 inches of fresh snow we can give it a go,So if somebody wants to come up with a hike,just blog it and were on,jj

The first time out was a blast!! the snow we have on now is not good for the snow runners,too hard,so i took them off and used the ice runners on the dam and road! oh yea baby,hang on to your stuff,we go fast,heart rate was a steady 150-160 beats per min! im lovun it!! what a great Cross Training tool for the footbike!
