FYI WHY WE RIDE!!!
This being my first time at blogging, i'm a little slow, but anyway. For those maybe thinking about joining us for a ride sometime. We're not pro's,and we don't claim to be.We simply ride for the fun of it, but also for the health of it. You might think riding in low 20's or even teens is crazy, but let me tell it's totally fun and invigorating. We ride safe, look out for each other, and just simply have a great time.We ride year round as long as roads are safe & clear. We also train notably for TOSRV in May, the strawberry ride in June, also The freedom ride on July 4th. the Youngs ride the middle of July & also in October for the hilly hundreds in Indiana which is my personal favorite. So as you can see , we just love to ride, and have fun doing it.So with the new year just hours away, check out this blog site for updated rides even some special rides in the near future. Hope to see you soon, because THOSE WHO SHOW , ARE THOSE WHO GO!!!!

Saturday 1/03/09 ride

Weather permitting, we will take the north route as shown, via Rt 29. This will be a variation of the route we did on April 5. This was 39 miles total from Northridge. It is about 27 miles to Catawba. It is also a birthday ride for Doug and Terry. After breakfast, we will return through CJB to make up the necessary miles, for those needing an extra challenge (and not yet frozen stiff) The usual 6:40 at Northridge, 7:00 at New Moorefield. Hope to see all of you!
