My gift

Hey Douggy, Remember my trainer? Deb, well I did so well with my intervals this evening that she gave me this tow rope as a gift!!! With a dumb and confused look I asked why the rope??? She quickly replied, that I would need it to pull your ......... Up Neer rd.

Keep training,your gonna need it!!!!
