Saturday 11/07/09 breakfast ride!!!

WOW!! that was great, 11 riders going to Catawba,some went thisa way, some went thata way and we all met at SIS"S for breakfast! it don't get any better than that!! Doug and I did a footbike and i got to say,it kicked my butt! HR was 150's &160's the whole ride ,even coming back,but thats what it's all about,very good work out!i think James even brought his dog! hahahah!!! have a great day!!!! jj

Can't believe it!

You an't gonna believe this one, there i was , high noon, dressed and ready to go, water bottle filled to the max, tire pressure toped off, i grab my helmet open the door and my phone rings!!! My daughter, she said my father-in-law was in the squad heading for the hospital(a fall) so i change clothes and go to the ER, for the next 5 hours!! broken arm they will keep him overnight!The saga begins,OH well, it would have been a great day to footbike! later JJ
