Heart Zone Training Book


Tracy let me borrow a book on training with heart zones and I just scanned it and am doing the finishing touches on it. Let me know if you would like a digital copy. I can put it on a CD.  The whole book is a small 9 megs file.  It is a really good read.

A really nice feature that will come with your book on CD is if you open it in Acrobat Reader (A free download at Adobe) you can search for phrases or words that are in the book and go right to it.
