Yes, another year has passed so quickly and it's time once again to set some goals for the new year. Here are some of my fitness goals for 2011.
6000 miles on the bike - 5, 100 mile rides in a year.
7-10 road races and 7-10 time trial races.
Climb Mt Mitchell in 6 hrs or less.
Average 24 mph in a time trial. (and beat George)
Complete a 5 hr century.
Run a sub 21 min 5k.
Compete in 3-5, 5k races.
Get a set of Mad Fiber wheels so I can improve my fitness......LOL
