"CAN YOU SAY HIGHPOINT 100"??????

This Sat.(April 30) there is a scheduled ride for HIGHPOINT..We will leave from Joes at 7:00a.m. sharp.. Do the normal route of Vernon Asbury,Jones,Shorey,McConkey into Catawba, roughly 14miles.Then we'll have breakfast and head up Ludlow(north) towards zanesfield. Our first assigned stop is at 44miles at the park, then up "New jerusalem" hill,on up to "Highpt." vocational school..This will be a short second stop, back down to zanesfield to "Bristolridge" hill..This will take you into East liberty riding parralel to highway 33 coming back.On the right will be "Goshen Friends church" for our 3rd. stop. Then cross over rt.33 turning rt. to Valley Hi.A nice climb of 19% awaits you there. A niceturn around down hill to then the infamous"Corkscrew" hill..On to Pickelton turn rt at monument,on back to rt.5 where we have another stop. From there it's pretty much back homme via. ludlow (south)on into New.moorfield
There will be "sag" the entire trip for the furthest route taken,,meaning:If you only get to first stop, and need to get home because of time consraints or whatever, thats fine but you'll be on your own,so we will be able to "sag" for everyone else. If you want to just do milage without hills,we will have a bike rak and room for riders if they prefer that...We are providing "sag" there will be fluids, snacks, and so-on..If you have special preferance, bring it and we will have in vehicle..Joe is kindly using his element.we expect him to use 20.00 in gas,I will be furnishing the drinks and snacks.again roughly 20.00...We are not asking for over and above just enough to cover our cost...The wether is to be great,Upwards of 75 ,so we hope you will take advantage of this ride in preparation for Tosrv, or Mt.mitchell.. I would ask if you can let me know who will be riding, so I will know how much "grub "to bring........Thanks!! enjoy your week !!Be safe!!! any ideas please post!!Dont forget cell phone for Sat.
