Good kick this AM, there were 11 of us and i was the only one on a FB, the rest didn't have the Vinegar i guess!Man it was great and very fast,except for Runyan Hill, always kills me,i went into the bottom at 155BPM, where can you go from there? but everyone had a good ride, Terry and Herb went on to do the TORSV ride after that,James came out and road on the double butted seat and did fine,he said he has a partner for the Runyan Hill Relay,i think her name was (way back) or something like that! hahah, it's gonna be fun!!!
