Has anyone found any good training programs - either online - or log book that I can use to help improve and keep my foundation through the winter, to help the Attack on the Mountain?
We got a program this Sunday up at High point,then on Oct 2 we have a program called highpoint 100, then the week after that we have a program called Hilly Hundred in Indiana thats popular with the guy's, is that what you had in mind? Or do you mean a stay at home thing?
